Atomic Structure and Planetary Orbits

Why don't electrons fall into the nucleus or fly away? Similarly, why don't planets spiral into their stars or escape their orbits?

Timothian Model's Short Answer...

Instead of two perfectly balanced opposing forces, objects find buoyancy and equilibrium within a medium.

Details

Introduces a unifying concept of buoyancy in the chunk medium:

  • Atoms: Electron "shells" are actually stratification spheres in the chunk medium, finding stable equilibrium points.

  • Solar Systems: Planets float at their buoyant points in the star-stratified chunk medium.

  • Both systems are self-correcting: perturbations create imbalances in the medium that naturally restore equilibrium.
